Silvana Massolo Selected for FIU School of Communication Alumni Hall of Fame, Class of 2026

Silvana Massolo, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Revolve Group, is recognized for leadership, mentorship, and community impact.

Silvana Massolo, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of Revolve Group, has been selected for induction into the Florida International University School of Communication Alumni Hall of Fame, Class of 2026.

The honor was awarded by FIU School of Communication Dean Brian SchrinerInterim Director Aileen Izquierdo, and the School of Communication nominating committee, recognizing alumni who have made a distinctive impact in their profession and community. Massolo was selected for her career in brand strategy and marketing leadership, as well as her long-standing commitment to mentorship, business growth, and community engagement.

Through Revolve Group, Massolo has worked with organizations across industries to strengthen brand positioning and drive sustainable, measurable growth, while building lasting relationships rooted in trust and integrity. Her work reflects a deep belief in developing people, supporting entrepreneurs, and helping organizations grow with clarity and intention.

In addition to her work at Revolve Group, Massolo is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of HIVE, a private, membership-based business platform focused on connection, mentorship, and collaboration among entrepreneurs and business leaders.

“I’m deeply grateful for this recognition,” said Massolo. “FIU played a formative role in my career, and this honor reinforces my passion for mentoring others, helping businesses grow with purpose, and giving back to the communities that shape us.”

Massolo will be formally inducted during an in-person ceremony at FIU’s Biscayne Bay Campus in April 2026.
